This is so yummy and filling that we will sometimes have this for dinner at our house.
1 package frozen hashbrowns
1 cup chopped ham
1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
5 eggs
2 cups cheese
optional: 1/4 cup chopped onion
Cut butter into small pieces. Mix with hashbrowns in 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Stir it up, then layer ham, and cheese. Beat eggs with milk and pour on top. Bake another 40 minutes at 375.
