We also like to add bananas, canned peaches, or apple pie filling. Bob's Red Mill 5 Grain Rolled Cereal available at Macey's)&lt;br /&gt;2 cups unsweetened coconut (Shangri-La has this)&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 cups raw wheat germ (I leave this out sometimes)&lt;br /&gt;1 cup chopped almonds&lt;br /&gt;1 cup chopped other nuts or seeds like pecans, sunflower, etc.&lt;br /&gt;1 cup raw or brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/2 milled flaxseeds (I leave this out if I don't have any)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix all together then pour on:&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup honey&lt;br /&gt;1 cup water&lt;br /&gt;2 teaspoons sea salt&lt;br /&gt;1 cup coconut oil (other oil works if you don't have this, but it's particularly yummy with coconut oil)&lt;br /&gt;3 teaspoons vanilla&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix well.  Spread on two cookie sheets.  Roast in oven t 300 degrees for one hour, stirring and alternating pans every 20 minutes or so.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After it has cooled, stir in your fruit.  Raisins, chopped dates, apple flakes, or other dried fruit. Thanks Kristy!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Cinnamon Syrup&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;1 cup sugar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;1/2 cup light corn syrup&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;1/4 cup water&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;1 teaspoon cinnamon&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;1/2 cup cream (0r evaporated milk)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;In a small suacepan, stir together the sugar, corn syrup, water, and cinnamon. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over moderate heat and boil for two minutes. Cool for about five minutes and stir in the cream. Syrup will thicken as it cools. This syrup keeps well in the refrigerator, tightly covered, for weeks. If it worked on my husband, it will definitely work on yours. My kids love these, too!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 cup fresh ground whole wheat flour (I've never tried storebought flour so the promise above doesn't apply)&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp. baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp. salt&lt;br /&gt;1 T. sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 egg&lt;br /&gt;1 cup buttermilk (I've also used regular milk, canned milk or water. It changes the taste slightly but is still yummy)&lt;br /&gt;1 T. oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fry 'em up on the griddle. Mix with hashbrowns in 9x13 pan.  Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.  Stir it up, then layer ham, and cheese.  Beat eggs with milk and pour on top. I don't think it needed any.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix together&lt;br /&gt;1 large egg slightly beaten&lt;br /&gt;1 tbsp oil&lt;br /&gt;1 cup milk&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup pumpkin&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add the wet ingredients to the dry, mix and then let stand for 5 minutes before cooking.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you love pumpkin, you will love these!
